Petrom-Moldova S.R.L. is looking for a full time position of Marketing Expert. The position is direct reporting to the General Manager.

Main responsibilities:

- Develop a coherent marketing strategy for Retail business;
- Develop & ensure Communication strategies;
- Create/organize advertising/promo-actions (Corporate, PR, campaigns, etc.);
- Make design for promo materials (prints, banners, flyers, agendas, calendars etc.), and distribute them according to planned activities;
- Be responsible for advertising contracts and their performance;
- Promote corporative image through mass-media and advertising agencies;
- Support the management with regular reports and create marketing presentations;
- Responsible for donations and Company Social Responsibility activities;
- Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

- University degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field;
- Work experience in marketing/advertising or other similar field: 2-5 years (international experience or multinational environment experience would be an advantage);
- Fluent in English, Romanian, Russian;
- Computer literate (min. Microsoft Office, Paint, Photoshop).
- Innovative, initiative;
- Personal organization and time management skills, including multi-tasking ability;
- Self-motivated;
- Creative problem solver;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills;
- Proven ability to successfully supervise other involved parties;
- Ability to work under stress;
- Adaptability to new situations and readiness to take responsible risks.
