I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a Sales Expert to provide a high level of customer service support with product expertise and advanced selling skills.
Main responsibilities:
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Achieving sales targets
• Increasing the number of existing clients
• Developing a strategy of prospecting potential customers: research, presentation of Petrom products, making the offer, negotiating prices and payment terms, contracting, providing required training to implement the desired product solution
• Management of key corporate accounts, budgetary institutions, physical persons; offer assistance and support for customer requests and complaints
• Monitoring and evaluate the relationship with the customer: payment history, credit limits, other relevant info related to customer activity that could hurt the company
• Reducing risks of bad debt; ask for bank or other guarantees from customers
• Monitoring and decrease accounts receivables
• Completing administrative work, as required
• Etc.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• Educational requirements: University degree
• Work experience in the sales field: 3- 5 years
• Languages: Romanian, Russian, English
• Computer literate: MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Outlook
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Confidence, tact and a persuasive manner
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Results oriented
• Driving license – B category
