 We are looking for an Event Organization Specialist in Marketing Department. The main role will consist in creation and organization of Moldcell external events. The person in this position will be also responsible for communication and negotiation with the event related vendors.

Qualification and experience:
• University graduate (arts, literature, design, communication background);
• Al least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Deep knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English.

Main responsibility areas:
• Contribution to the event concept creation and development of the event business plan;
• Creation of revenue generating activities from event;
• Event organization and everything related to it: branding, getting authorizations and approval for materials placement, etc.;
• Communication and negotiation with the event related vendors;
• Reporting the events’ output;
• Generation of ideas for trendy events organization.

Personal profile:
• Very good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
• Project management skills are required;
• Stress tolerance and ability to work overtime;
• High sense of responsibility and initiative;
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and desire to change things for better;
• Feel modern trends and be creative;
• Be eager to take up new challenges, be open-minded;
• High level of attention and accuracy;
• Responsible, organized and able to meet deadlines.
