The meeting of the leaders of FinComBank S.A. with His Excellency the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Dereсk J. Hogan, took place on July 1, 2019. The meeting coincided with the anniversary of FinComBank S.A .: 26 years have passed since the Bank was founded.

During the meeting, they have been discussing about the challenges facing the Bank and about the issues that are important for the Bank and for the banking system of the Republic of Moldova.

FinComBank S.A. was founded in 1993. One of the largest shareholders of FinComBank S.A. is an American company Western NIS Interprise Fund, established by the US State Department. Among the clients of FinComBank S.A. are individuals, micro, small and medium enterprises, as well as large enterprises that represent all the main sectors of the country's economy. Over the years, the Bank has been successfully cooperating with the World Bank, European Fund for Southeast Europe, Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC). FinComBank is a member of the Rural Development Project (IFAD), the Village Investment and Services Project (RISP) and the Competitiveness Enhancement Project (PACI, PACII).

Întrevederea Excelenței Sale Ambasadorul SUA cu conducerea FinComBank S.A.

Pe data de 1 iulie 2019 a avut loc întâlnirea conducerii FinComBank S.A. cu Excelența Sa Ambasadorul Statelor Unite ale Americii în Moldova, dl Dereck J. Hogan. Întrevederea a avut loc cu ocazia aniversării FinComBank S.A., care pe data de 1 iulie a împlinit 26 de ani de la fondare.

În cadrul întânirii, au fost puse în discuție provocările cu care se confruntă Banca și au fost abordate teme importante pentru Bancă și, în general, pentru sistemul bancar al Republicii Moldova.

FinComBank S.A. a fost fondat în anul 1993. Printre cei mai mari acționari ai Băncii se numără compania americană Western NIS Interprise Fund, înființată de Departamentul de Stat al SUA. Printre clienții FinComBank S.A. se numără persoane fizice, businessul micro, mic şi mijlociu, la fel şi întreprinderile mari, care reprezintă toate sectoarele de bază a economiei țării. Pe parcursul mai multor ani banca are o colaborare de succes cu Banca Mondială, Fondul European pentru Europa de Sud-Est (European Fund for Southeast Europe), Corporaţia pentru investiţii străine private (Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), FinComBank este membru al Proiectul de Servicii Financiare Rurale şi Dezvoltarea Businessului Agricol (IFAD), al Proiectului de Investiţii şi Servicii Rurale (RISP), precum şi al Proiectului de Ameliorare a Competitivităţii, faza I și II (PACI, PACII).
 

FinComBank

FinComBank was established in July 1993 as a joint-stock company. Today it is a well-positioned, highly profitable mid-sized bank with a very professional and dedicated management team. FinComBank provides a wide range of corporate and investment banking services to Moldovan and foreign clients.
