The State Tax Service (STS) has approved a new form for the tax return "Calculation of real estate tax (Form BIJ 17)", with instructions for filling in and submitting it.

Form BIJ 17 has to be submitted by taxpayers starting with the 2017 tax period and replaces Form BIJ 15.

Serviciul Fiscal de Stat (SFS) a aprobat un nou formular tipizat al darii de seama "Calculul impozitului pe bunurile imobiliare (Forma BIJ 17)", precum si instructiunile privind modul de completare si prezentare a acestuia.

Formularul BIJ 17 trebuie depus de contribuabili incepand cu perioada fiscala 2017 si va inlocui Formularul BIJ 15.
