Starting with 16 September 2016, companies and entrepreneurs are no longer required to hold and apply their own stamp on documents of any kind.
In case the legislation requires application of the stamp, such requirement is considered fulfilled if the document is signed by the individual duly authorised by the company or the entrepreneur (in case of individual entrepreneurs).
The right of private legal entities to hold and apply their own stamp on a voluntary basis remains unaffected.
