The American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova (AmCham Moldova) is a leading business association, working closely with companies, the Moldovan public authorities, and international organizations to improve the business climate and establish an investment friendly environment in Moldova.

Main Responsibilities:

• Interact with current and potential members of the association, specifically with legal managers, business consultants, regulatory affairs managers, on issues that affect their business;
• Conduct research on issues reviewed within AmCham Committees, to collect facts and arguments justifying submitted position papers, including comparative analysis; 
• Work closely with AmCham Committees' Coordinators to elaborate and coordinate position papers addressed to state authorities either on existing constraints to entrepreneurial activity or related to draft legal acts that regulate business.

Major Qualifications / Skills:

- Degree in law
- Experience related to main responsibilities associated with the job is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Moldovan legislative process, stages governing initiation, consultation, approval and implementation of normative acts
- Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.
- Strong self-motivation, team-work, interpersonal and communication skills.
