AmCham Members met with the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Mr. Serghei Puscuta

On February 12th, AmCham participated in the meeting conducted by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, Serghei Puscuta, regarding Tax And Customs Policy 2021.

Discussed during the opening meeting were the new proposals on the draft Tax And Customs Policy 2021.

Participants, among which were AmCham members, State Secretary, Dorel Noroc as well as directors and deputy directors of State Tax Service and Customs Service, mainly covered meal vouchers and social contributions; the SIA Electronic register of employees: challenges in understanding the proposed concept; and the perspective of approval of the Catalog of fixed assets. However, there are still topics to be covered on the issues faced by the business community, therefore discussions with the Ministry of Finance will continue on a later date.
