AmCham Corporate Social Responsibility Committee in cooperation with DHL Moldova announce the Christmas Collection Project 2011.

Christmas Collection Project turned into a very successful and fruitful tradition. Many of AmCham members with their generous contributions brightened the holidays for many children from different orphanages during 4 years.

The purpose of the project this year is to collect toys, books, clothes, school supplies or some other valuable goods which will be delivered to Vascauti orphanage from Floresti region.

We invite you to participate in this very special project by setting up a collection point in your office. At the end of the collection period a courier will come to your office to pick up your company’s collection. Once all of the donations are collected, AmCham CSR Committee will deliver the donations to the Vascauti orphanage from Floresti region. There are 87 children, from age 7 to 16, that will spend their winter holidays in the orphanage.

Collection Period: November 24 – December 16

Goods collection: December 19 – December 20

Delivery to Orphanage: December 21

We invite you and your colleagues to donate whatever you can to brighten a child’s holiday this year!

A DHL courier will be visiting all participating companies between December 19 and 20 to pick up the collected goods. So, please confirm your participation as soon as it is possible and provide us the details of the contact person. All goods (cloths, books, toys, sweets, etc) collected under this project will be delivered to the selected orphanage. Please, inform us in advance if you want to join us for this trip to the orphanage.
