U.S. Department of State’s Export Control and Related Border Security Program (EXBS) and KHARON are inviting you to attend an Identifying Sanctions and Export Controls Evasion Networks Using Open-Source Research Workshop on April 19, 2024, at the Hotel Radisson Blu Leogrand in Chisinau.
This workshop will equip the participant with a thorough understanding of best practices related to export controls and sanctions and the strategies needed to mitigate risks inherent in business operations. The workshop will discuss how businesses can be exploited by front companies and other agents attempting to evade sanctions. The workshop includes discussion of domestic, financial, trade, and other regulatory considerations to support risk assessments.
