Denisa Panaite Cașu

With an educational background in organisational psychology and marketing, Denisa has over 15 years of experience in designing and facilitating successful training programmes. After 5 years as Training Consultant with BPP Professional Education, she put on the client shoes and deep dived into the industry: 3 years within the Organisation & Talent Development team at Oracle University and 10 years with METRO Cash & Carry as Training & Development Manager. During this time, she explored what happens before and after training, elaborated L&D and Talent Development strategies, and was involved in several large-scale change management & leadership projects. Since September 2017, Denisa has been responsible for the Academy, leveraging PwC global expertise to bring clients valuable learning programmes, helping them build development journeys that are relevant both to the business and to the people, not just today but also in the future.
