Clara Bodin

Clara Bodin is globally responsible for Diversity and Inclusion at Telia Company. Questions about equal opportunities in working life have always been an interested for Clara, for several years she ran a feminist recruitment company in Ukraine with great success. For this achievement, she received a prize from leading Swedish business journal Veckans Affärer as the Swede Abroad of the Year in 2011. Clara, a Swedish citizen, has worked most of her life with the countries of the former Soviet Union on several Swedish missions. Prior to Clara becoming D&I Lead at Telia in 2018, she was the HR Business Partner for Telia Company’s Eurasian countries. Before that, she worked for several years as Oriflame's HR Director of the Former Soviet Union, based in Moscow, and prior to that over 9 years in Kiev, Ukraine. Clara speaks fluent Russian and holds a degree from Uppsala University in International Economics focusing on Russian and Eastern European Studies. She wrote her bachelors thesis in Moldova on the socioeconomic factors behind the trafficking of women from Moldova to the EU.
