AmCham Healthcare Committee Met the Vice-minister of Health
This week, representatives of AmCham Healthcare Committee met with the Vice-minister of Health, Mrs. Liliana Iasan. The discussions focused on the new draft Law regarding medicines, as well as subsidiary legislation, emphasizing on the need to transpose EU directives in a consequent and balanced manner.
The parties have agreed to continue the dialogue in a technical meeting involving the experts who consulted the Ministry of Health in the legal drafting process.
