Public Consultation on a Series of Bills Regarding the Regulatory Framework of the Capital Market
The National Commission of Financial Market proposed for public consultations a series of amendments and bills on:
a. Amendments to the Law on Capital Market;
b. Concept of the Securities Holders Registry;
c. Regulations on circulation of securities on the capital market;
d. Draft Decisions of the NCFM regarding the activity on the capital market.
