PwC Moldova: Amended statement concerning the calculation and use of mandatory social security contributions (the BASS form)

We would like to inform you that in a recent order the National House for Social Security (NHSS) approved a new standard form of the Statement concerning the calculation and use of mandatory social security contributions (the BASS form).

The amended form follows the approval of the economic classification pursuant to Finance Ministry Order no. 208 dated 24 December 2015, which entered into force on 1 January 2016.

At the same time, the BASS form approved by NHSS Order no. 263-A dated 3 October 2014 is repealed.

 Vă informăm că, printr-un ordin recent, Casa Națională de Asigurări Sociale (CNAS) a aprobat Formularul-tip al Declarației privind calculul și utilizarea contribuțiilor de asigurări sociale de stat obligatorii (formularul BASS).

Modificarea formularului este rezultatul aprobării clasificației economice prin Ordinul Ministerului Finanțelor nr. 208 din 24 decembrie 2015, care a intrat în vigoare la 1 ianuarie 2016.

Concomitent, a fost abrogat formularul BASS aprobat prin Ordinul CNAS nr. 263-A din 3 octombrie 2014.
