These weeks were particularly intensive for the members of the AmCham Financial Services Committee.
The Financial Services Committee was involved in commenting on a series of bills proposed for public consultations: as the amendments to the Execution Code; the initiative on reducing the ceiling on the amount of interest, commissions, and penalties on loans related to the credit agreements concluded by NCOs; the bill on moratoria on loan repayments.
The Committee also discussed the peculiarities of calculating the annual effective interest rate, and the opportunities to improve the interaction between the lessors and the Public Services Agency.
