The Republic of Moldova will benefit from a new Data Protection Law.
The new law fully transposes the General Data Protection Regulation and will ensure even greater personal data protection in line with European practices.
The Data Protection Law is one of the most debated and long-promoted pieces of legislation AmCham has worked on. We are proud to complete this process, represent the interests of businesses, and contribute to proportional regulation.
