AmCham Participated in Parliamentary Discussions on Amending Copyright Law and Related Rights

The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova initiated a series of discussions to amend the Law on copyright and related rights.

AGEPI presented the amendments to the Law, which refer to several measures aimed at protecting rights holders.

AmCham Moldova and other business associations have criticized most of the initiative's provisions and will present proposals for adjusting the draft law.
