AmCham Joined the Ministry of Justice Working Group to Draft New Arbitration Law
AmCham Moldova, together with its members - representatives of law firms and arbitrators within the Court of Arbitration attached to AmCham - will participate in the work of the working group attached to the Ministry of Justice for the elaboration of the new arbitration law in the Republic of Moldova.
The working group is tasked with drafting a bill that corresponds to the best international practices and contributes to building the Republic of Moldova as an arbitration-friendly state.
AmCham thanks the Ministry of Justice for this initiative and looks forward to productive discussions.
