Responsabilitati:

I. RECRUITING

Recrutarea/adaptarea/instruirea personalului bancii.

II. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Evaluarea anuala si interim a colaboratorilor.

III. LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Intocmirea si supervizarea programelor de instruire si supervizarea procesului de dezvoltare personala si profesionala a angajatilor/efectuarea training-urilor independent sau cu atragerea formatorilor externi.

IV. PAYROLL

Payroll  analiza, calcularea remunerarii colaboratorilor, conform politicilor si criteriilor prestabilite.

V. EMPLOYEES RELATIONS

Relatii cu angajatii. Supervizarea procedurilor de angajari/demisii/concedii, etc., in conformitate cu legislatia in vigoare.

Intocmirea actelor normative interne referitoare la activitatea subdiviziunii proprii si a altor subdiviziuni, coordonarea intocmirii fiselor de post si alte documente interne.

Consultanta in domeniul managementului resurselore umane si legislatiei muncii.

Dirijarea echipei HR, atingerea obiectivelor de dezvoltare personale si profesionale.

Cerinte:

Experienta de minim 5 ani in domeniul resurselor umane/trainer-formator.

Studii superioare juridice, psihologice sau in domeniul managementului resurselor umane, experienta de formator/trainer profesionist este un avantaj.

Aptitudini tehnice avansate, capacitate de asimilare soft payroll, soft instruire online, etc.

Exactitate si atentie la detalii.

Abilitati excelente in comunicarea verbala si scrisa.
