AmCham Digital Transformation Committee

The Digital Transformation Committee has been launched at AmCham. The Committee aims at bringing together professionals/companies interested in the digital transformation of B2G, G2B, B2B relationships, and the internal digital transformation of companies. We aim to cover in particular the issues related to the digitization of government services dedicated to business, including the problems related to electronic signatures; IT solutions offered to the business environment and managed by public authorities, including those at the local level; e-commerce from the perspective of all actors involved; digitization of internal processes within companies, etc.

Our current projects are:

-Roadmap for boosting the process of digitizing the national economy and developing e-commerce
-The draft law for amending some normative acts and implementing some measures from the roadmap for digitizing the national economy (Civil Code, Law on Personal Data Protection, Labor Code)
-Clarification of the legal regime and the way of circulation of electronic documents
-Mpay
-SIA E-invoice
-SIA Taxpayer's electronic office
-SIA "Electronic Register of Sales"
