The rules of arbitration have been developed according to the relevant international conventions and national legal framework, but also taking into account the best international practices, which are contained in the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, of the Vienna International Arbitral Centre and of the ICC Paris Court of Arbitration.
