Department: Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Working with Head Office to translate the brand plans to the local market
- Translating insights into actions
- Working with Channel Marketing & Experiential Execution teams from Head Office to cascade down strategies to channels
- Looking for the best way to communicate to shoppers (working with Head Office to design the shopper toolkits per activity)
- Ownership of the full annual marketing activities calendar and on national campaigns
- Ownership of the overall direct marketing expenses budget related to national campaigns
- Ensuring alignment on activities with Quality, Planning, Finance and other departments
- Single Point of Contact for daily communication with brand owners (The Coca-Cola Company, Monster)
- Coordinating launches of new products and packages cross-functionally/cross-System
- Drive portfolio optimization, SKU rationalization routines
Candidate Profile:
Background:
- University degree (ideally business related).
Professional Experience:
- Preferred experience in marketing and category management
- Strong marketing acumen
- IT literate with effective skills in Excel (ideally advanced) and PowerPoint
Priority Skills:

- Results proven performance
- The ability to judge what will work and what will not from a volume and profitability perspective
- Strong analytical skills which for generating strong business recommendations
- Influencing skills - ability to use and communicate data to deliver compelling selling propositions

- Experience of presenting to members of senior management team
- Strong levels of determination and initiative which will drive innovative thinking and growth
