Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the design and production of graphic content such as corporate proposal graphics, illustrations, charts, graphs, collateral material, brochures, advertisements, corporate identity, packaging, environmental graphics, and other related products. The position provides the unique opportunity of working closely with the Business Development Team and Program Managers in a growing team environment. We’re looking for someone who is energetic and enthusiastic with the flexibility and focus to multi-task in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Principal Accountabilities

(Typical duties include the following, although specific duties vary by assignment or contract.)
• Supports the Business Development Team and works directly with Proposal Managers.
• Executes new graphic content to support the proposal process by increasing engagement and conversion.
• Develops sales collateral and experiences for the e-commerce business, including support of multiple brands.
• Works with designs that may integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements.
• Presents project concepts and drafts to marketing stakeholders for approval.

Knowledge & Skills


• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Teamwork is essential. We’re looking for someone who is open to collaboration.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Suite.
• Proven self-starter with the ability to commit to projects from beginning to completion. Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities is necessary.
• Candidate must be proactive with new ideas and willing to accept constructive feedback.
• Open to working within brand-approved design specifications for illustrative material and copy, layout etc, and understands how innovative work can impact the project and further direct appropriate guidelines.
• Experience in proposal preparation and e-commerce a plus.

Experience & Education


• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of training and experience. At least 1-2 years of experience in production or web/graphic design experience (internships included).
• Advanced degree in an associated discipline preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of work experience.
• Additional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

• Works in a normal office environment.
• Must be able to work extended hours, often with short notice, to meet deadlines. Extended hours may include late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of high-quality material with attention to detail.
