Public Affairs and Communications Coordinator

Role: The purpose of the position is to coordinate Company’s PA&C activities, engage with stakeholders and develop/ execute PA&C strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Company’s PA&C strategy and initiatives.
• Represent the interests of the Company, with Government stakeholders, Industry associations, Media, employees.
• To act as the main external representative for the Company with key stakeholders, including politicians, the media, industry associations, diplomatic communities and chambers of commerce.
• Develop stakeholder maps and subsequent engagement plans.
• Engage with stakeholders to seek influence on major regulatory initiatives.
• Provide regulatory input, advice and expertise to other Company functions and management team to ensure clear and aligned strategies are formulated to protect and enhance its’ commercial interests and reputation.
• Advise and inform the Company management in a timely manner of changes in legislation that could impact the Company’s operations.
• Facilitate pro-actively the engagement of other members of the management team with key external stakeholders.
• Preparing communication for top management (managerial and all employee audiences, making vision more relevant to the employees).
• Creating and developing a two-way internal communications framework inside the company.
• Defining country internal communication plan aligned with the BU plan.
• Deploying local and CCHBC Group campaigns and projects.
• Conducting internal communication campaigns initiated by local top management and Head Office.
• Developing corporate presentation materials (posters, brochures, templates) and other regular and ad hoc publications.
• Maintaining corporate intranet site, providing content for corporate web-site (bilingual Romanian/English versions).
• Communication support of CSR initiatives and charity projects.

Requirements:

• University degree. 
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field and preferably in an international environment.
• Experience of working in PA&C in FMCG industry involving both commercial and legal aspects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the political and legislative process in Moldova.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
• A driven, highly motivated individual with a success oriented outlook and ability to work independently.
• Fluent Romanian and English.
