We announce a vacant position of Customer Relation Representative in Customer Channel Department.
The main responsibilities of the candidate will be: to offer support and solutions to the customers on the phone and to provide information about services and products of Moldcell company.

Position Accountabilities:

-To respond to customer requests on the phone;
-To provide necessary information regarding company products and services;
-To identify, investigate and come up with solutions to customer requests.

Your qualification and experience:

-University graduate;
-Experience in customer service will be an advantage.

Competencies:


-Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills;
-High level of attention and accuracy;
-Quick learner, responsible and result-oriented;
-Computer literate, able to master customer service software applications;
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends;
-Proficiency in Romanian, Russian, English – at conversational level.
