Main responsibilities:

• Creating, implementing, and updating HR policies, projects and procedures in accordance with OMV / Petrom SA requirements;
• Responsible for recruitment & selection of personnel, induction & monitoring during the trial period;
• Determining needs and organizing training for employees;
• Responsible for managing conflict situations occurring in the relations between employees of the Company;
• Coordinating Personnnel Evaluation & Development Program;
• Monitoring personnel administration tasks;
• Ensure training on Business Ethics Code and Issuer Compliance topics;
• Maintaining SAP HR Corporate Module updated;
• Ensure Internal Communication between Management and employees;
• Managing employee benefits programs;
• Etc.

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

• University degree, preferably in HR, legal or psychology fields;
• Minimum 3 years experience in HR management & Recruitment;
• High knowledge of labor and social protection law;
• Languages: Romanian, Russian, English - advanced level (mandatory);
• IT Skilled (MS Office, 1C, SAP);
• Communication skills;
• Proactive attitude;
• Ability to solve problems;
• Accomplishing tasks within the deadline.
• Self-organizing capacity and punctuality.
