MoreSense Partners - outsourcing service company.

Assignment:
The company is in a need of a strong leader to develop the company into
next stage of growth. The company is looking for someone with sales
experience to drive new growth and increase revenue. The company works
for international clients.

Objectives:
1. Long term - traditional CEO objectives of delivering value to customers
and shareholders. Provide leadership to ensure a strong, positive growth of
the company.

2. Short term:
a. Develop Sales team and increase revenue.
b. Work with the team to identify and deliver on long and short them
objectives.
c. Establish a set of KPIs and consistent performance measurement methods
for the company.
d. Evaluate existing commercial strategy and product strategy and suggest
improvement + execute such with the team.
e. Develop the office in Moldova and Romania.

Duration:
Permanent position

Start:
Q2 2015

Skills:
* Strong organizational skills and an ability to work with minimum
supervision.
* Previous call-center, outsourcing or international sales experience.
* Excellent verbal and written english skills.
