REPORTS TO: Plant Manager
LOCATION: Chisinau

Rol:
Managing quality management systems, environmental and health and safety procedures at the Coca-Cola Imbuteliere Chisinau.

Responsabilities
• Ensures and monitors the implementation of procedures for the organization; documenting procedures and provide necessary support to the development of procedures in all departments;
• Provides document control and records of management systems for quality, environment, food safety, occupational health and safety;
• Plan, coordinate and participate in internal & external audit program in all departments of the company, communicating results; monitors the application of corrective / preventive actions;
• Collect input for management review system for quality, environment, occupational health and safety;
• Reports to Plan Manager the status of management system quality-environment-health and occupational safety, the results of audits and corrective/ preventive actions;
• Coordinates, trains and gives guidance regarding the requirements of quality and environment management system, occupational health and safety;
• Coordinate drafting quality and environment management system, food safety, occupational health and safety and verify through internal audits the implementation of procedures;
• Coordinating the development text labels as required by law.
• Submit reports to the Group Sustainability & The Coca-Cola Company;
• Track changes in legislation related to quality, OHS and environmental

Eligibility Criteria
• Technical University degree, preferably in the field of Mechanical / Chemical / Environment;
• At least 3 years previous experience in Technical management functions;
• Audit course for quality systems, environment, food safety, occupational health and safety
• Operation of MS Office
• English - advanced level
