Law on Constitutional Court, Constitutional Jurisdiction Code and the Law on Local Public Administration. Among the main amendments the following can be highlighted:

- The Councils of administrative territorial units of the first and second tier are empowered to decide upon change of use of agricultural lands, which are not owned by the state. The destination of land owned by individual or legal entity,
upon its request, can be changed by a decision of a Council.
- Councils of administrative territorial units of the first and second tier are empowered to file complaints to the Constitutional Court.

The Law on metrology (”The Law”) sets forth the structure of the national metrology system, measurement units permitted for use in Moldova, management principles in metrology, categories of normative documents in the field of statutory (i.e. obligatory) metrology and requirements for measuring instruments and measurements in areas of public interest. The Law describes how to perform statutory metrological control of measuring instruments and measurements in areas of public interest, of prepackaged products and of bottles used as measuring container. Similarly, the Law establishes the obligations of individuals and legal entities operating in the field of statutory metrology.

Areas where statutory metrological control shall be applied are as follows: a) public health; b) order and public security; c) environmental protection; d) consumer protection;e) levying of taxes and duties; f) correctness of commercial transactions.

The Law on access to the properties and shared use of infrastructure associated to public electronic communications networks (”The Law”) establishes the rules and conditions for the following:

a) access to public or private property for the construction (installation), maintenance, disassembly, replacement, transfer or modernization of public electronic communications networks or infrastructure elements necessary for their support;
b) shared use of physical infrastructure elements placed on, above, in or under public or private property, which can be used for the installation of public electronic communications networks;
