This Regulation establishes the terms for presentation of the tender letter, the structure of tender, evaluation and selection of audit companies, scope and terms of reference, audit procedure, drafting and presenting the management letter, indicators of economic activity analysis and financial performance, as well as drafting and presentation the auditor\'s report.

Upon selection of auditor for auditing the annual financial statements of state enterprises and joint stock companies in which the state share exceeds 50% of share capital at least three audit companies must participate which meet the criteria provided for by the effective legislation.

The audit company participating at the selection of the auditor of auditing of the annual financial statements of entities, must meet the following minimum requirements:
a) The mode and deadline for presentation of the tender letter (the audit company presents the tender letter for taking part in the selection process within the period specified by the entity in the launch information, which cannot be less
than 30 days).
b) The structure of tender.

Information on launching of the selection process is made open to the public by the entity through mass media and on the entity’s official website.
