On November 17, 2013, the “Day Without Debts” will be celebrated for the second consecutive year. The event aims to inform the population of a more conscious and responsible attitude to credit and payment of debts.

According to a survey commissioned by INCASO to Magenta Consulting, 9% of Moldovans have debt because they simply forget to pay. The “Day Without Debts” provides an opportunity to review your financial situation, to remind you who you owe money to and how much, and to work on payments towards each.

Each of us wants to improve our lives but often this does not suffice and we borrow money from parents, friends, financial institutions, etc. We all have different reason to borrow money whether it is to pay for our studies, to buy a house, to survive until the next paycheck, etc.

We challenge you on November 17 to pay your debts of any kind whether it is: your phone bill, internet, electricity, loan from friend, bank rate, microfinance companies, etc. We challenge you to free yourself from this burden and celebrate the Day Without Debt!!
