As you might be aware, the United States of America acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") and the Republic of Moldova (the "Government") have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact for Millennium Challenge Account Moldova ("MCA - Moldova)" assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in the Republic of Moldova in the amount of 262 million USD.

Booz Allen Hamilton acting as a Procurement Agent for MCA - Moldova, responsible for all procurement related activities, is currently seeking for qualified and experienced companies and firms who has an interest to participation in the tender for the assignment described in the attached file.
