BCR Chisinau reduces the interest rate on personal consumer loans
CHISINAU, APRIL 10, 2012. Starting with April 10, the individuals will be able to access loans at lower costs – the loan for personal needs ”Accesibil BCR” and the overdraft on salary card, without any collateral, for a term of up to 2 years.
Thus, for individuals with positive credit history, who have not delayed the repayment of the credit amount and related payments for more than 15 days, the interest rate is reduced to 15 percent. Individuals without credit history will be able to access credits at an interest rate of 16 percent.
For the holders of salary cards issued by BCR Chisinau, who have a good credit history, the interest rate for overdraft on card is reduced to 17 percent, and no other additional charges will be applied. Those without credit history can access an overdraft on card at an interest rate reduced to 18 percent, without any bank charges being applied to the credit.
"The lower cost credits for individuals are part of the commitment stated by BCR Chisinau to provide accessible and effective financial solutions for its customers. We are always available to our customers to better understand their financing needs and to create our offers according to the possibilities and needs of Moldovan citizens," said Sorin Andrei, President of BCR Chisinau.
BCR Chisinau is one of the most active banks in Moldovan market providing credits to the population and, in addition to residential credit programs, it has launched a number of solutions to finance the customers’ consumption needs. In 2011 over 600 people acquired credits provided by BCR Chisinau to meet their personal needs and purchase the desired goods and services: furniture, home appliances, cars and other goods and services.
