 ADVANTAGEOUS LOANS FOR HOUSE OFFERED BY BCR CHISINAU: WITHIN THE EXHIBITION “IMOBIL MOLDOVA”

Chisinau, March 20, 2012. Within March 22-25, the exhibition “Imobil Moldova”, organized by Poliproject Exhibitions, will be held at the exhibition center "Moldexpo", where BCR Chisinau participates with its own stand. Persons interested in purchasing a house are invited to find out during these days which are the loan offers for house at favorable conditions.

Thus, within the exhibition the visitors will have the opportunity to discuss with the BCR Chisinau representatives about mortgages loans offered by the bank, including the conditions under which they are offered.

The loan “Rezidential BCR” is granted for a maximum period of 25 years, with a minimum advance payment of only 20% of the investment, the maximum offered amount being of 2 million MDL. It is one of the most effective financing solutions on the market with the most extended financing terms and with the widest coverage of financing needs. The interest rate was reduced from 5 March up to 11-12.5% depending on the amount of own contribution and the loan purpose: purchase of real estate or refinancing.

The loan “Rezidential Extra BCR” is granted for a maximum period of 25 years, with a minimum advance payment of only 20% of the investment, the maximum offered amount being of 200 thousand Euro. It is one of the most attractive financing offers in MDL, attached to Euro at an interest rate of only 9.79% annually.

The loan “Prima Casă BCR” is granted for a period of 30 years, with a minimum advance payment of only 5% of the investment, the maximum offered amount being of 40 thousand Euro. It is the most attractive financing solution offered by BCR Chisinau, in partnership with the Mayor’s Office of Chisinau Municipality within the program "Prima Casă" at an interest rate of 9% annually. More than one hundred young families from Chisinau have already moved in their new houses under this program.
