 The second edition of the project „YOUR FUTURE STARTS TODAY”

Moldcell Company in collaboration with the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova launched the second edition of the project “YOUR FUTURE STARTS TODAY”.

The project YOUR FUTURE STARTS TODAY is a part of Moldcell activity aimed at promoting socially responsible business, offering support to the young generation, as this type of investments is considered the best for the future success of Moldova.

This is a long term project. It offers the students a possibility to participate in a number of workshops given by the specialists from Moldcell. Within the framework of the workshops in AESM during February 17 – May 26, 2010, the students will have an opportunity to get familiar with the new standards of modern business environment, expectations and requirements of the employers on the local labour market, and other useful things presented by the professionals of Moldcell Company.

Throughout the project the representatives of the mobile operator from different units will give lectures and make presentations on many and varied topics, including: merchandising in sales, performance management – the secret of success in business, the role of internal communication in the success of organization, corporate social responsibility – the basis of sustainable business, charisma in sales, innovation in interactive services, business ethics and the code of ethics and business behaviour, etc. In general, the experts from Moldcell will offer 13 workshops.

The topics, suggested for the workshops, are the following:

3. Performance management – the secret of success in business - March 3
4. Business intelligence in sales - March 10
5. Basic knowledge of legal issues - an imperative for every professional. Moldcell experience – March 17
6. A successful company - a successful career! – March 24
7. The role of internal communication in the success of the organization – March 31
8. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) – the basis of sustainable business – April 14
9. Charisma in sales - April 21
10. Surprise session! One image, ten ideas, hundreds of actions – May 5
11. Innovation in interactive services – May 12
12. Business ethics. Code of ethics and business behaviour – May 19
13. The role of Business Intelligence and CRM in making strategic decisions. The closing of the 2nd edition of the project – May 26

During the first edition that took place last year in spring, the students expressed great interest in the project; about 180 students of AESM visited 6 workshops. The lectures are free; no need to make any preliminary arrangements, the classes will take place in the AESM, Block E, lecture- room 401, 1:00 p.m.
