On December 11th, American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova held another learning session of Young Professionals Program.
Our special guest, Sorin Andrei, President of BCR Chisinau, delivered a presentation on “Change Management”. During his presentation Mr. Andrei defined the basic change management principles and highlighted its importance both for a company and its stakeholders.
