Young Professionals Program - first organizational meeting

 American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova welcomed the participants of the first edition of the Young Professionals Program within the first organizational meeting held on May 23 at Diplomat Club. This Program was initiated by HR Committee and will be held during a year.

We were very glad to meet all 20 participants of the Program . These are successful young employees who have potential to become leaders and at the same time they are role models to their young generation colleagues, they have ethical principles, they want to be successful at their work, they are persistent, they want to develop as a person, and they want to upgrade their competences. 

The event was open by Cristina Harea, AmCham Moldova President. The participants in attendance had also the great chance to meet John Maxemchuk, CEO, Sun Communications, who was running AmCham during almost 6 years. The same time Svetlana Bodaci, HR Manager, Moldcell & Co-chair of HR Committee within AmCham welcomed the participants by giving them valuable advices.

AmCham prepared a movie for YPP participants where each participant introduced him/herself, offering the great possibility to meet each other. The young generation had also the opportunity to share opinions & impressions during a networking event after the official part.

Note: AmCham Moldova is pleased to inform that 20 candidates out of 28 have been selected for the Young Professionals Program. 20 candidates represent 15 amcham member companies.
