Registrul Garanțiilor Reale – recomandările AmCham

AmCham a adresat Ministerului Justiției un aviz asupra deficiențelor juridice și tehnice care afectează funcționalitatea Registrului garanțiilor reale.

Principalele subiecte abordate se referă la posibilitatea organizațiilor de creditare nebancare să acționeze în calitate de solicitant al înregistrării împreună cu băncile, interoperabilitatea registrului cu alte registre, posibilitatea tehnică de înregistrare a leasingului în registru etc.

Register of Real Guarantees - AmCham Recommendations

AmCham addressed to the Ministry of Justice with a position paper based on the need to inform the authority regarding the legal and technical deficiencies that affect the functionality of the Register of Real Guarantees.

The main tackled topics refer to the possibility of Nonbank Credit Organizations to act as a registrant in the Registry along with banks, interoperability of the registry with other registries, the technical possibility to register leasing in the Registry, etc.
The issues were brought to discussions by the common effort of the business community.
