State Tax Service Presented the Concept Electronic Register of Employees to the Business Community
On October 9, AmCham Moldova attended the meeting organized by the State Tax Service regarding the Electronic Register of Employees.
The officials of the State Tax Service presented to the participants the concept of the Electronic Register of Employees, the data that will be contained in the Register and the way it works.
AmCham Moldova reiterated its position regarding the need to concretize the information that will be contained in the register, if necessary, by elaborating a document indicating the mandatory information to be completed and the documents to be uploaded to the system.
AmCham Moldova has expressed its reservation regarding the inclusion in the Labor Code of any mentions concerning the registry, considering appropriate to operate the changes in the law only after the approval of technical regulations that will govern the legal regime of the register.
